Forms and Inline Surveys in Email Campaigns

You can now add certain types of feedback forms/surveys within your email campaigns. In general, forms aren't visible when embedded in an email due to security restrictions from the email provider. However, you can use a 1-10 scale, a star rating or like/dislike form in your email. You can also add a direct link to pre-built forms in HeyClients.

Using Forms and Inline Surveys in Campaigns

  • Start by going to Marketing -> Email -> Campaigns.
  • Create a new campaign.
  • Add a Form Element from the Add Elements Panel
  • Choose the feedback type (Scoring 1-10, Like/Dislike, 5 Stars.).
  • Customize the form design and settings.
  • Name the form in the Title field. (This is the title shown in the submission tab of campaign statistics).
  • Set a custom success page after submission.

Tracking Results

  • Once you have sent your campaign, you can monitor feedback via your Campaign Statistics.
  • Find your statistics by going to Marketing -> Email -> Campaigns -> Your Campaign -> Three dots in the row -> Statistics -> More Statistics
  • Visit the Submissions tab for detailed entries.
  • Export the list of responses if needed.
  • For pre-built forms, navigate directly to the submission page to see results.

NOTE: Forms and inline surveys only work in email marketing campaigns as of now.
