Email Builder Drag and Drop Feature is Not Working

If the email builder is not allowing you to drag and drop elements into your email template, the 2 most common reasons why this happens within the email builder are:

2) There is a browser extension installed that doesn't interact well with the email builder. So, you need to use a separate Chrome profile when logging in to use the email builder. Nuno shows how to create a new Chrome profile at the 12:19min mark in this video here:
