Public Document Link for Sharing Documents and Contracts with Your Clients to Sign

  • Public Document Creation: Users can now create Public Documents for signing within the Documents and Contracts \> Templates section.
  • Shareable Links: Upon publishing, a unique link is generated for easy sharing with anyone.
  • Response Management: All signatures and responses are captured and accessible for download or viewing.

How to Use This Feature

  1. Navigate to Payments > Documents and Contracts \> Templates
  1. Click the blue "\+ New" button, and select "Create Public Document."

  1. Click the "Publish" button in the upper right hand corner. This will automatically generate a share link that you can link to a button on your funnel, your website, or share in an email, just to name a few options.

  • Signing Process: Recipients enter their first name, last name, and email to sign the document. A copy of the signed document is automatically emailed to them.

  • Manage Responses: Access signed documents and responses in the "Completed" section for download or review. This is under Payments > Documents and Contracts \> All Documents and Contracts \> Completed.

  • Unpublish Documents: To stop receiving signatures, unpublish the existing public document.

  • Workflow Integration: Existing templates will remain fully functional within workflows independently of public document usage.
