How to Reintegrate Zoom

Reintegrating Zoom Account with Your HeyClients Account

  1. Click on Settings in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Go to My Profile on the left-hand side.
  3. Scroll down to Calendar Settings and select the Video Conferencing tab. This is where the Zoom integration will be.
  4. Check for any error messages, typically indicated by a red triangle.
    • Common issue: Expired token, requiring reintegration.
  5. Click on the trashcan icon to the right of the Zoom icon.
  6. Confirm the deletion.
  7. Click on Add New to reconnect Zoom account.
  8. Select Connect next to the Zoom option.
  9. Log into your Zoom account.
  10. Agree to any necessary permissions.

1) Can I re-integrate Zoom for my client?

No, you cannot reintegrate Zoom for your client, unless your client allows you to login to their HeyClients account as them.
