How to Clone and Share Funnels

You may want to clone a funnel or website from time to time. This can be useful if you are copying information and want to create a similar funnel or website but rather than starting from scratch, you may just want to make a few adjustments. You can clone a whole funnel or website or just a step or website page.

Important Note: Funnels and websites can only be cloned within the same account, or cloned from one HeyClients account to another HeyClients account.

Cloning an Entire Funnel or Website

Important Note: If your funnel or website template includes forms and surveys, please clone the forms and surveys to your client's account first, then clone the funnel or website template.

Step 1: Click the three dots next to the funnel or website name from Sites > Funnels or Sites > Websites.

Step 2: Select “Clone”.

Step 3: Name the funnel/website.

Step 4: Confirm your “location” (which is your account/system name).

Step 5: Click “Confirm”.

Step 6: The newly cloned funnel/website will appear in your list.

Cloning a Funnel Step

1. Go to Sites > Funnels. Find your funnel in the list and click to the funnel overview page.
2. Find the page you want to clone and select it from the list.
3. Click the Clone Funnel Step option.

1. From the popup, choose to clone the step within this funnel or select another website to clone the step to.

Cloning a Website Page

1. Go to Sites > Websites. Find your website in the list and click to view the overview of pages.
2. Find the page you want to clone and click on the three dots next to the page name.
3. Click the Clone option.
