IMPORTANT:
Always drip your emails, but _especially_ while warming up your new dedicated sending domain. Once you are beyond stage 5 of the warm up process, we recommend batches of 20, every 1 minute.
Important Note: To prevent emails from not being sent due to insufficient funds. Go to Settings \> Billing \> Wallet & Transactions and make sure to set it to "Auto recharge with $10 when balance lower than $10." These are the lowest amounts you can send to make sure you do not experience the insufficient funds error with your emails.
